Photograph caption dated April 3, 1958 reads, "Little Fred Ronald Rempfer III nestles in arms of his mother, Mrs. Violet Rempfer, 26, at Sher-Wood Hospital. Child is first-born for Rempfers and newly opened hospital at 13527 Sherman Way, Van Nuys. Tot tipped scales at eight pounds two ounces at birth. Parents live at 14300 Chamberlain St., San Fernando."
