Description
Washington: President Nixon met with six heads of state in separate visits at the White House 10/25 following his banquet 10/24 marking the 25th anniversary of the United Nations (TOP). Gen. Agha Mohammed Yahya Khan and the President discussed the 'one-time exception' to the current self-imposed U.S. arms embargo to India and Pakistan (BOTTOM). The President outlined his Middle East plan with Archbishop Makarios, President of Cyprus.
