Description
"Saturday, May 10th, 1913, Foochow City" Two rows of men, a mix of Western and Chinese men. The majority of both are in suits, except four of the Chinese men who are in military uniform. They are standing and seated in front of a decorated area, the pillars wrapped with a garland, and on the wall behind them are flags, the one on the left being a United States flag.
