Description
Bound 1974 calendar book with recipes stapled to inside covers, and tucked loosely into the back. The diary is filled with banquet bookings that include details of buffet orders, prices, number of people. Recipes include meat loaf, liver and bacon appetizer, Chinese chicken salad, dark fruit bars, fruit cake, Maryland crab cakes, cheese spread, gazpacho soup, macaroni salad and sauce, potato pancakes, potato salad, shish kebab, sweet and sour chicken, blue cheese mushrooms, mushroom souffles, green chile souffles, oysters conqueso, pot roast mexicali, flank steak, pie crust.
