Description
Artist Noguchi with his latest work in Little Tokyo. Sculpture was dedicated with formal ceremonies at the JACCC center (background). Photograph caption reads: "Noguchi's considerable reputation as an artist stems in part from his designs of more than a dozen plazas, playgrounds and fountains." Photograph dated July 27, 1983.
