Description
William Shockley began by acknowledging his speech about Eugenics has not been well received in the past and he spoke only a few sentences before the microphone was taken over by a student from the Sacramento State College Pan African Student Union, who read a prepared statement protesting the appearance of Dr. Shockley and protests from the audience curtailed any further lecturing.
