It is a long two-story building with a terracotta tile roof. A brick chimney can be seen at right. Four cylindrical columns support an overhang over a front porch at left. A grassy yard can be seen in front of the building, and many plants can be seen growing along the walls. Palm trees can be seen in the foreground at left. The front tire of an automobile can be seen at left. Legible signs include, from left: "Notice Close Muffler City Ordinance Heavy Teaming on Wilshire Blvd Strictly Prohibited", "Wilshire Blvd", "S. Park View St.", and "Otis Art Institute School of Fine & Applied Arts".
