Photo, black and white: Harry (H. B. ) Morris,(1864-1945) son of early Sebastopol settler and town founder Joseph H. P. Morris. Harry B. Morris was the head of the first board of trustees of the newly incorporated city of Sebastopol (i.e. first mayor) He bore the title of 'president' instead of 'mayor'. Background: Morris Street in Sebastopol not only honors the name of Sebastopol’s founder, J. H. P. (Joseph) Morris, it also honors the name of the founder’s son, H. B. (Harry) Morris.
