Agreement for 10 acres of the G. M. Dominguez allotment east of Wilmington Street for the calendar year 1942 and with a rent of $250. The document is signed only by the lessee. The last name, "Kawaguchi" is at the top of the first page. See Item csudh_rsp_213 for a duplicate copy.
