Base is from Magnavox, with four pins: "The Magnavox Company Oakland California U.S.A." Tube has no other markings. Likely experimental. Tube is angled, with electrode and filament at one end, filament connection at middle corner, and filament and cathode at the base. A diagram of the tube has been created by Perham volunteer Bjorn Forsberg, attached to record.
