Photograph article dated December 24, 1949 partially reads, "Christmas is coming on wheels for little Leonard Holden Jr. this year - miniature wheels. Leonard's grandfather, Cyril M. Holden, being quite handy building miniature props and sets, has made a complete township on small scale, with a railroad complete to buildings and telegraph poles and lines. It will be a surprise present for Leonard this Christmas." Photograph caption reads, "For a happy boy - Cyril M. Holden of North Hollywood surveys model railroad town he built for Christmas present for his grandson."
