4 photographs of exterior of Leimert Park houses, Los Angeles, CA, 1930. "03-19-152 1930 Walter H. Leimert Leimert Park villas" -- on envelope. According to some sources, all four houses from this set were were part of the Annual Small Homes Exposition, which had 35 or so homes open to the public in order to publicize investment and purchase opportunities in Leimert Park.
