Description
The house ("Haunted House") in which Edwin Powell Hubble and Grace Burke Hubble lived while he worked at the U.S. Army Ballistic Laboratory, 1942-1945. Note in the hand of Edwin Powell Hubble: "Haunted House, Spesutie Island, Aberdeen, Md., 1945. Grace and Edwin lived here, 1942-1945". The front and side of the house are visible, as is a brick chimney and a tree.
