Photograph caption dated September 29, 1963 reads, "Valley residents curious about weather conditions can now have their questions answered at North Hollywood Federal Savings and Loan Association where precision instruments have been installed to record local weather conditions. Miss Karen Mattson, head teller, shows the weather charts now available at North Hollywood Federal, while F. R. A. Lock, vice president, points to the newly installed instruments. The weather information center was installed to celebrate North Hollywood Federal's 40th year."
