Photograph caption dated October 22, 1955 reads "Thomas D'Agostino, 4, of 13311 Del Sur St., San Fernando, and his father Frank stand outside San Fernando Superior Court as jury deliberates on $85,000 suit brought by family against Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad for injuries suffered in Lomax, Ill., train wreck last August. Jury later deadlocked and was dismissed. D'Agostino's attorney said he would move for a new trial."
