Description: Santa Monica Public Library Image Archives. Cen173 Digital object 0259 img0073 Connie Cramer Collection (Santa Monica Toastmistress Club) Santa Monica the Way It Was, a slide presentation commemorating the City's Centennial Anniversary, 1975. The one lane road was available only at low tide. Arch Rock disappeared around 1906. The site is at the present location of the Charthouse Restaurant in Malibu Calif.
