Description
Image of El Ranchito in Whittier, California, a former adobe residence of Pio Pico, the last Mexican governor of California. Carved double doors can be seen off of an open patio and a balcony.

County)."--caption and identification from print in the Verne Dyson Collection p.167 (box 3). Title devised by cataloger based on Verne Dyson collection caption; date range approximated by cataloger based on the year that film negatives came into use and the latest known dates indicated for other Hazard images in the Huntington's collection.
