Photograph caption dated August 5, 1964 reads, "She's Jody Diane Thomas and today is her birthday. When she was born at West Hills Doctors Hospital, Jody was 10 weeks early, weighed 2 1/2 pounds, and was the smallest baby ever born there. Now she's a hefty 13 pounds and a movie star."
