Part of a televised series of question-and-answer sessions with high school students conducted by Ronald Reagan as governor of California, relating to California state political issues. Produced by JRH and Associates, Inc. The videotape label and slate for part 2 indicate that the program was taped on May 22, 1973, but the slate for part 1 provides a date of 9-7-73.
