Description: Artist's sketch of the $3,000,000 Milliron's department store in Westchester on Sepulveda Blvd. near Manchester. The new structure has many ultra-modern features, including a rooftop parking area reached by huge concrete motor ramps. The store formally opened on March 17, 1949.
