Description
This 1969 report is the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Sacramento's plan to create more low- and moderate-income housing in the city, which they named the Neighborhood Development Program (NDP). This program was established by Congress in the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968. The report contains four study areas encompassing a number of neighborhoods and "pockets" where the Agency proposed development. These four study areas include: Area A (Del Paso Heights, Robla, Gardenland), Area B (Alkali - Washington and Southside), Area C (Oak Park), and Area D (Glen Elder and Elder Creek).
