Photograph caption dated September 9, 1953 reads, "Just kidding around - Doug Aulenbacher, University of California at Berkeley 4-H Club Specialist, holds jasmine as Dean Smith, Ventura County Farm Adviser, scratches kid's neck. Seminar was called by the university due to increasing interest in goat raising throughout nation by 4-H Clubs.
