Photograph was edited for publication purposes Victor Edwin French is best known for his appearances on both Little House on the Prairie and Highway to Heaven, both shows starring his good friend, Michael Landon. French studied acting at the Los Angeles Valley College before starting his career in television and film as actor and director. Photograph caption dated August 1, 1964 reads, "Victor French, as Shannon, one of four misfits in Tennessee Williams' 'Night of the Iguana,' struggles to free himself as Jan Burnett, Van Nuys, attempts to tie him to the bed. Drama opens Wednesday at 8:30 p.m., for four-day run at Valley College's Little Theater, 5800 Fulton Ave., Van Nuys."
