Description: Drawing of a street scene showing the facade of the Hellman brothers' stationery shop with two large open doors, a large display window and portico. A sign advertises books, stationery and cigars. A note on the back of the photograph states that brother Isaiah came in 1855, brother Sam in 1857 and the partnership was dissolved Jan. 26, 1862. Pedestrians' clothing suggest the Civil War era.
