Description
The Posy Parade, held in June of each year, is a "festival of flowers" dedicated to children. At its height in the 1960s, the parade attracted as many as 3 thousand participants and 20 to 30 thousand spectators. Pictured here are participants Barbara Elston Dowd and Cathy Dowd McGrew.
