Description
B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper saying that he will have to see his old colleagues to ask for help to awaken his memory of half a century before to answer Hopper's questions. He replies to Hopper's question from a March 26th letter with Dr. Koichi Ohba's contact information. He goes on to say that he is sure that Professor Yoshio Kondo of Kyoto Univeristy knows very well of Inoue's role in widening QC and QC circles. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains an original handwritten "15" on the top, right corner.
