Description
Photograph was edited for publication purposes
Photograph article dated May 17, 1963 partially reads, "We sold 100 homes in our new Blue Ribbon Series at North Oaks near Newhall last month with exactly one third of all sales coming as the result of referrals by pleased homeowners," declared Jerome Snyder, president of Signature Development Co., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacific Coast Properties, Inc... The newest North Oaks homes boast large roof overhangs, wide windows and general openness in design. There are 16 exterior designs which are provided with plans which offer three, four and five bedrooms, family rooms and two bathrooms."
