Description
Black and white photo in a brown paper portfolio; photo is of a woman with very full hair in a pompadour style, wearing a white blouse decorated with lots of lace insertion. Her blouse has a high standing collar which is edged with a pleated lace frill at the jawline. It is fitted closely to the shoulders but falls in loose gathers over the bust. The sleeves are also trimmed with lace insertions and are loosely pleated or gathered at the back of the arm so that they stand out a bit at the top of the arm. The woman has a round pendant or locket hanging from a chain necklace around her neck; the pendant has a kind of shield or coat of arms design on it. She also is wearing small stud earrings and a round brooch with rhinestones or jewels on her collar at center front.
