Streets are cobblestone and inlaid with rails for streetcars. People are on the sidewalks, several streetcars and a carriage are in the street, including one horse-drawn streetcar with sign stating "To Woodwards Gardens and 15th street". (view is very similar to stereo-1274, photographer's #1771)
