Cheryl Crane, 18-year-old daughter of Lana Turner who recently underwent psychological therapy in Connecticut, today is in the midst of a new career and her first job-That of a model in the Summit, a Hollywood nitery. Cheryl, who became a ward of the court after she stabbed to death her mother's sweetheart, Johnny Stompanato, made her debut last night as a model in the cocktail fashion show, which is to be held each Friday night. With the tall, pretty girl, were two other models, Diane Lewis, soon to be a ""Playgirl of the Month,"" and Bobbie Gentry, former Desilu contract player. Cheryl returned last April from the Institute of Living in Hartford, Conn., where she had been receiving psychological help. Her father is Steve Crane a well known restaurant owner.""
