Description
Handwritten letter(with small envelope) by Frank Harold Maxwell, who was a watchmaker and optician,an amateur photographer who took a photograph of President William McKinley on his two minute visit to Stockton. Was included in contents of copper box deposited in cornerstone laid at Federal Building and Post Office, Stockton, CA, laid 6/24/1901, retrieved 10/11/1965.
