Photograph caption dated August 1, 1964 reads, "Verna Felton, left, honorary mayor of North Hollywood, gives a bon voyage wave to, from left, Barney Oldfield of the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Gil J. Honsingen of the Valley Power Squadron and Russell Quisenberry, president of North Hollywood Chamber. The scene took place Friday at the opening of the Valley Boat Show at the Valley Garden Arena. The show runs through Aug. 12."
