Description
In this audio recording Peter F. Drucker discusses his ideas on management in his audiobook, “The Nonprofit Drucker.” This tape is part of the series, “Mission and Leadership.” It is entitled, “An Interview with Leo Cherne.” Cherne begins by discussing that a mission statement should be changed when its goal has been achieved. He talks about people’s motivations to act internationally and donate to charity. He discusses his role as a chairman of the IRC, and how he wants to influence other leaders. Cherne describes how to raise money for a non-profit institution. He ends the interview by talking about the most important things a chairman can do for an organization.
