Photo shows a box of dynamite in the Los Angeles aqueduct, which led investigators to discoveries which will result in many arrests. The dynamite was let down by a rope through a manhole and was expected to float into No Name siphon, and explode there, but it failed to go off despite waterproof fuses and electric contact. Photo dated: February 22, 1928.
