Written on photograph, Ella Smith (later Mrs. Henry S. Curtis) and Mary Louise Smith (later Mrs. Kelso J. Nichol). Lived at Frenchtown - born there buried in family cemetery there. Daughters of James Monroe Smith and Mary Caroline Tucker Smith.
