Photograph caption dated December 19, 1958 reads, "Clair Seifert, left, and Harry Rugg of Knights of Columbus Charity Committee hold one of many baskets they will distribute to needy families and children in the Valley Tuesday. This particular basket has a special surprise, a purebred dachshund. In addition to annual Christmas basket program group will put on spaghetti dinner in January to raise an additional $1,000 for homeless boys at Rancho San Antonio."
