Description
Tehama Royalty Pam Fournoy, center, last night was crowned queen of the 83rd annual Tehama County Fair in ceremonies at the fairgound in Red Bluff. The 17 year old Corning girl is the daughter of county supervisor and Mrs. William Flournoy. First runnerup was Candace Nordaker, 18, of Los Molinos, left, and 2nd runnerup was Brenda Coryell, 18 of Corning.
