Description
"This is the first, 30-unit phase of the Walnut Avenue Apartments, a rental development at 2820 Walnut Ave., off Marconi. Owner Gene E. Pendergast, Sacramento, reported the project so far represents an investment totaling close to $500,000, counting land. The designer was Charles W. Raney and the building contractor, M. J. Bambery Inc. The development's apartments range in size from 800 to 1,200 square feet"
