A large crowd made up mostly of men in suits and hats can be seen in the foreground, gathered around a formation of soldiers holding American flags at center. A long wooden building with a covered porch can be seen in the background, and several offical-looking people and more American flags can be seen on the porch. A sign at left begins with the words "Shall we condemn".
