Description: Bolsa Island Project - Contract Signing ceremonies at the Newporter Inn. The project would have created a man-made island off Bolsa Chica for the construction of a 1.8 mW nuclear power station, and a desalination plant capable of producing 150,000,000 gallons of fresh water per day.
