Photograph was edited for publication purposes.; Title supplied by cataloger. Pictured is John Gabeldon, used car salesman, who testified he was a passenger in Jack A. Risley's car at the time of the tragic accident. Gabeldon stated that he and Risley were on their way to work when they saw a crossing guard and running children. Risley applied the brakes, but something must have happened to them, because the car did not stop, and they didn't see young Patrick until it was too late; he was struck and killed by the speeding car. Photograph dated November 14, 1947.
