Description
Lieutenant Alfred Serrato describes an experience when he reported to the North Vietnam border as an ICOR advisor. Recorded in Pattaya, Thailand, in February 2014 as part of California Reads, War Comes Home, a program of Cal Humanities in partnership with the California Center for the Book.
