The creature, of the capuchin variety, native of India, is an involuntary resident at the Valley district Animal Regulation shelter...the monkey was captured last Friday in a garage at 5963 Donna St...the monkey appeared in the neighborhood two days earlier and caused havoc, rampaging through yards, and tearing up shrubbery."
