Two men and two women are pictured gathered at the steps of the Classical Revival one-story building of the library while the front of an automobile is visible to the right along the road, coming in from out of frame. A second automobile is visible parked parallel and adjacent to the left of the library. On the brick wall to the right, a Firestone tire sign can be seen, while the words "Wong", "Herb" and "Specialist" can be made out on the wall to the left.
