David Kissinger, 14-year-old son of the Secretary of State, sits in the audience and listens to his dad testify before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee 3/16. Kissinger told the committee the U.S. should pursue a policy towards the Soviet Union of "firmness in the face of pressure and readiness to work for more cooperative world.
