Description
This 1971 promotional postcard for Sacramento Manor, one of the area’s earliest planned retirement communities, depicts a group of well-dressed and obviously posed senior citizens in the social lounge of the structure, located at 7300 Twenty-Fourth Street Bypass. The description on the back reads, “Just one of 14 rooms in the lovely Clubhouse. This attractive building is devoted to activities such as cards, hobbies, dancing, potluck dinners and many other congenial get-togethers.”
