Description
The cliff face of Jabal al-Ṭārif, located along the Nile River near Naj' Ḥammādī. Caves appear in the image at the base of the cliff, just above the talus (loose sediment which has settled against the cliff). The cave on the left is T 8, also called "Psalms cave," while the cave on the right is Proskynesis cave.
