On reverse: Jim Edmondson, executive director of California Trout, voiced the concern of Rindge Dam's ecological impact on the spawning of steelhead trout in Malibu Creek. The 100 foot dam was built in the 1920s for irrigation water, but it is no longer functional due to built up silt. complete;
