Arne Hilger is a Drucker School alumna who first became acquainted with Peter Drucker through reading his books, which she discovered were in line with her own thinking. She discusses how Peter Drucker's European education contributed to his philosophy as well as his teaching style. She contends she learned from Drucker that "you have to take the human side into consideration".
