Photograph caption dated February 1, 1963 reads, "Members of the UCLA Faculty Women's Club discuss plans for their annual mid-winter party, 'Sweetheart Ball,' to be held Feb. 9 at the Bel Air Bay Club. From left are Mmes. Llewellyn Boelter, club president; Paul C. Hannum, chairman, and Charles E. Young, Woodland Hills, program chairman. Valley residents planning to attend include the Kenneth H. Yorks, James M. Gillies, Wilfred W. Suttons, Harry J. Longways, Byron H. Atkinsons and Lawrence Sweeneys. Festivities will begin at 7 p.m. with a social hour with dinner and dancing following."
